Usage policy

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Navodaya Transport platform ("Platform") as a user, whether you are a Loader, Trucker, or Admin. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  1. User Registration:
    1. Loaders are companies that supply goods for transportation. Loaders must register on the Platform and provide accurate and complete information.
    2. Truckers: Truckers are transportation agencies or truck drivers who transport goods for Loaders. Truckers must register on the Platform and provide accurate and complete information.
    3. Admin: Admin is the bridge between Loaders and Truckers, facilitating the transaction process. Admin is an authorized representative of Navodaya Transport.
  2. Platform Usage:
    1. Navodaya Transport provides a common platform for Loaders and Truckers to interact and facilitate transportation transactions.
    2. Loaders can enter load details, including consignment information, loading and unloading points, freight details, and other relevant data.
    3. Truckers can enter driver information, truck details, and offers for transporting goods.
    4. The Platform will suggest matching loads and offers to the opposite party based on availability and conditions.
  3. Transaction Process:
    1. Once an offer is made by a Trucker and selected by a Loader, the Admin will review and verify the offer's details.
    2. Admin's approval is required after verifying factors such as availability, driver area, and other relevant conditions.
    3. Upon Admin's approval, the Trucker is authorized to transport the goods from the loading point to the unloading point as specified.
  4. Responsibilities and Liabilities:
    1. Loaders are responsible for providing accurate load information and ensuring the goods are ready for transportation.
    2. Truckers are responsible for accurately providing driver and truck information and ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods.
    3. Admin will facilitate communication and transaction approval between Loaders and Truckers.
  5. Data Accuracy:
    1. Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration and while using the Platform.
    2. Navodaya Transport holds the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate or misleading information.
  6. Platform Changes and Updates:
    1. Navodaya Transport reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time.
    2. Users will be notified of significant changes that may impact their usage of the Platform.
  7. Intellectual Property:
    1. The content and materials on the Platform are protected by intellectual property rights and are the property of Navodaya Transport.
  8. Termination:
    1. Navodaya Transport may suspend or terminate user accounts for violation of terms, misuse, or any other reason deemed appropriate.
  9. Disclaimer:
    1. Navodaya Transport provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. Users use the Platform at their own risk.
  10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
    1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Navodaya Transport operates.
    2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the aforementioned jurisdiction.

By using the Navodaya Transport platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Platform. Navodaya Transport reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Platform after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
